What it is
Income-eligible homeowners can receive a 40% discount on their Cleveland Water bill and Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District bill through the Water and Sewer Affordability Program.
If you live in Cleveland Heights, the discount applies to your sewer bill only.
How it works
Applications go through CHN Housing Partners (2999 Payne Avenue, Cleveland). Income must be re-verified annually to stay enrolled.
Seniors and disabled homeowners may do even better with the Homestead water/sewer discount — we’ll check both and enroll you in whichever saves more.
