Accessibility statement

Gesher serves people of all ages and abilities, and this website is built to do the same. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we've done

• Every page works with a keyboard alone — including menus and forms — with clearly visible focus indicators.
• Text and background colors meet or exceed AA contrast ratios, with large, readable default type.
• Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and labels that work with screen readers.
• Animations respect your device's “reduce motion” setting.
• Content is written in plain language, because government programs are confusing enough.
