What it is
The Sewer Crisis Assistance Program benefits customers affected by a major event in their life — such as major medical expenses not covered by any other source, job loss, separation, or divorce.
The program pays 50% of your sewer balance, up to $300, applied directly to your account. It can be used once every 12 months.
How it works
Applications are handled in person through CHN Housing Partners at 2999 Payne Avenue, Cleveland. The crisis must have occurred within the past 6 months, with some form of proof.
