  • (loss of income, hospitalization, medical, death, divorce, housing crisis)
• Open to homeowners and renters
• No income eligibility
• Must be behind on sewer bill

Documents Required:

• Photo ID and SS Card
• Income for all household members over 18
• Hardship documentation proof within 6 months
• Current electric and gas bill
• Current water and sewer bill
