CHN Housing Partners offers emergency water repair and conservation services to help homeowners conserve water and reduce water bills. Eligible homeowners may receive:

• Hot water tank repair or replacement (owner-occupied homes only)
• Emergency service line replacement (owner-occupied homes only)
• Other major plumbing repairs (owner-occupied homes only)

This is the same application as the weatherization application. Please mark emergency on the application when filling it out.

Income Eligibility is below 200% the Federal Income Poverty Guidelines.
