CHN Housing Partners offers programs to assist renters and homeowners with lowering energy use.

The Energy Services Application will be reviewed and processed to determine program eligibility.

*It can take up to 12 weeks to process your application*

Programs may include:

• Attic, Wall, Basement Insulation
• Blower-door guided air  leakage reduction
• Health and safety testing and inspections
• LED bulb installation
• Energy Star refrigeration replacement
• Hot water tank repair or replacement
• Other major plumbing repairs (owner-occupied homes only)

A certified inspector will contact you to schedule an appointment for a full house energy inspection.
Some programs will require more than one inspection/inspector.

Eligibility is below 200% the Federal Poverty Guideline.
